1. Evidence synthesis and dissemination
We have considerable experience in synthesising and presenting evidence on key health issues and impact of health interventions and programmes to a variety of stakeholders, from highly technical to generalist and public audiences, across a range of media. Our Technical Director, Albert Kilian, is widely published in peer-reviewed journals as both first author and contributing author. He has presented in numerous international conferences and regularly delivers lectures and conducts training on MELR.
2. Skills transfer
Our work is designed to build the capacity of institutions and the individuals who support them. We believe that long-lasting, positive changes in skills and health systems can only be achieved through a combination of individuals and institutional capacity-building. We support countries’ health managers, programme staff and consultants with training and on-the-job mentoring. We assist institutions by supporting the definition of clear M&E roles and responsibilities within the health system, as well as by developing and supporting the roll-out of free access tools and systems to improve collection, collation and analysis of data. We embed best practice and use of evidence in national and sub-national planning and performance review processes.
