Knowledge sharing
We have considerable experience in synthesizing and presenting evidence on key health issues and impact of health interventions and programmes to a variety of stakeholders who range from highly technical to generalist and public audiences, across a range of media.  Our Technical Director is widely published in peer reviewed journals as both first author and contributing author, he has presented in numerous international conferences and has regularly delivered lectures and training in the field of M&E.

Skills transfer
Our work is designed to provide large elements of capacity building. We believe that a combination of individuals and institutional capacity building needs to be adopted to bring long lasting, positive changes in skills and health systems.   We support countries health managers, programme staff and consultants by using training and on the job mentoring approaches.  We assist institutions by supporting the definition of clear M&E roles and responsibilities within the health system, by developing and supporting the roll-out of free access tools and systems to improve collection, collation and analysis of data.  We embed best practice and use of evidence in national and sub-national planning and performance review processes.
